Yoga in the Rally Room
  • Class sessions are 8 weeks* long, with class held on Tuesday evening from 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm. Students pay $60.00 per session or $12.00 for single (drop-in) classes.
  • This is a flow style class, with yoga asanas (positions) grouped together in sequences which are active and can be physically challenging. All skill levels are welcome. Accommodations and detailed instructions are available for beginners while challenges are offered for more experienced practitioners.
  • Yoga is practiced in loose, comfortable clothing and bare feet. No equipment is required, but a yoga mat is strongly recommended to help prevent slipping and provide extra padding. Blocks, straps, towels and water are optional.
